The Cabinet approved the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Zimbabwe and the Government of the Republic of Kenya on cooperation in the Field of Health in primary health care, including reproductive, maternal, neonatal, child and adolescent health and immunisation programmes, while also including specialist services and referrals of patients, laboratory, forensic pathology and blood services; and health systems resilience, including public health emergencies preparedness.&nbsp;

Strengthen the insurance and pensions industry to improve governance, transparency and accountability in the management of savings

Resolving outstanding pre-2009 pension and insurance compensation cases, ensuring fair compensation to affected policyholders and pensioners.

Keep national food security above 85% of households and increase it to 90% by 2030.

Develop and enforce a national Regularisation and Sanitisation Framework and a Compensation & Relocation Framework for those displaced by projects or disasters.

Introduce and enforce a comprehensive Urban Policy and Minimum Housing/Functionality Standards and ensure there is no building on wetlands/servitudes.

Upgrade and regularise at least 30 major informal settlements (e.g. Harare South, Caledonia, Epworth, Garikai/Victoria Range, etc.), subject to environmental suitability.
